Return &Refund Policy

At Dallader, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
Returned in the original packaging (including shoe box, tags, and inserts)
Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt
Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@Dallader.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the steps and provide you with the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and express delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply.
